We can accomodate both options. We come fully equipped with our own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific preferences or products you’d like us to use, feel free to let us know, and we can accomodate your request.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for your pets, and the planet. Our eco-friendly approach ensures effective cleaning without harmful chemicals. We also try to be eco-friendly in every way possible, for example, we use microfiber towels instead of disposable paper towels.
Do you offer one-time or recurring cleaning services?
We offer both one-time and recurring cleaning services to accomodate your needs. Whether you need a one-time deep clean or regular maintenance cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, we have flexible scheduling options available.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
The duration of a cleaning varies depending on the size of the space and the scope f the cleaning required. We can provide an estimated time frame based on your specific needs during the initial consultation.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
It’s not necessary for you to be present duing the cleaning, although you’re welcome to be if you prefer. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes or businesses, and we securely lock up when we’re finished.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes, all our cleaners undergo thorough background checks and are fully insured for your peace of mind. We prioritize safety and professionalism in every aspect of our service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for flexibility while respecting our scheduling commitments. We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.
