You will be trained on the general flow of cleaning and the appropriate pace (speed) at which Professional Cleaners work. On the third day you will clean on your own but with a team. We will see if you can replicate what we taught you. Every day you will be provided feedback from your trainer or team leader. We are looking for people that can follow instructions and work at a good pace. If you are performing well, you will enter the classroom phase of training.
